WEB COURIER COSTS - UPDATED 20 APRIL 2026

1. Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver nationwide.

2. Is There Free Delivery?

Yes, free delivery applies under the following conditions:

  • For orders over R2000 incl. VAT.
  • Within 50km of the Cape Town Metropole area, including:
    • Franschhoek
    • Stellenbosch
    • Gordon's Bay
    • Wellington
    • Paarl
  • Weight limit: up to 14kg.
  • Orders exceeding 14kg may incur additional charges.

3. Courier Costs

Delivery Within 50km of the Cape Town Metropole Area

  • Orders 1-14kg: R100 incl. VAT
  • Orders 15-24kg: R120 incl. VAT
  • Orders 25-30kg: R150 incl. VAT
  • Orders above 30kg: Please request a quote.


Delivery Outside the Cape Town Metropole Area

  • Orders 1-9kg: R200.00 incl. VAT
  • Orders 10-14kg: R230.00 incl. VAT
  • Orders 15-19kg: R320.00 incl. VAT
  • Orders 20kg: R340.00 incl. VAT
  • Orders above 20kg: Please request a quote.
  • Note: Courier charges may vary based on weight or distance.

    Please note that our 50km delivery radius is measured in a straight line (as the crow flies) from our premises. Due to road routes, traffic, and terrain, the actual driving distance to your address may exceed 50km even if you feel you are nearby. If you are unsure whether you fall within our delivery area, please contact us at hello@cncproducts.co.za before placing your order and we will confirm for you.

Deliveries to Remote Plots/Farms/High-Risk Areas

  • Orders 1-9kg: R200.00 incl. VAT + R350.00 surcharge = R550.00 incl. VAT
  • Orders 10-14kg: R230.00 incl. VAT + R350.00 surcharge = R580.00 incl. VAT
  • Orders 15-19kg: R320.00 incl. VAT + R350.00 surcharge = R670.00 incl. VAT
  • Orders 20kg plus: Please request a quote.
  • Note: Courier charges may vary based on weight or distance.

4. Collections from Our Premises

  • Collection is possible; however, please wait to be notified that your order is ready for collection. You can find us here.

5. Payment Options

  • Electronic Payment: Funds must reflect in our account before collection.
  • Payment via PayFlex, SnapScan, or PayFast is also accepted.

6. Using Your Own Courier

  • You may arrange for your own courier to collect your order.

7. Lead Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 working days.
  • Outlying areas may require a longer lead time.
